Early Start Development Inc., works with various educators and businesses to bring you the best of professional development experiences and meet your needs in the education and nonprofit fields. The majority of our training is virtual but can also meet your needs in your place of business as face-to-face training.
Intentional School and Community Partnerships
This discussion engages participants in a review and conversation toward building more effective and meaningful school-family-community partnerships. This is generally a two-day discussion.
Team Building and Skill Identification
This individual assessment and group discussion will help you to understand your colleagues better, work more efficiently, resolve conflict, and communicate better with one another.
Parent and Student Engagement
While each program is unique, the need for intentional program design is widespread. In these discussions we seek to identify activities and resources to support engagement with youth and with families.
Mindful (Work-Life Balance) Intentions
The excitement in this area can include escaping on 4-day learning cruise, retreats, book study, and group discussions. All areas are designed to enhance your learning and permit you an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind.
